Small-scale installation created on the Calern Plateau using limestone rocks gathered on site.
2021
This small-scale installation was created on the Calern Plateau in Southern France, a semi-arid limestone landscape characterized by open terrain and expansive views. Using small white calcareous stones found on site, I arranged three linear forms directly on the ground, responding to the surface, light, and spatial openness of the plateau.
Developed through minimal intervention, the work emphasizes alignment, repetition, and subtle shifts in perception within a vast environment. Like other ephemeral installations in my practice, it is intended to remain temporary and gradually reintegrate into the landscape.
